1. Refer yourself, a friend, or family member to me who accepts me as a buyer agent and are planning to buy a home now or in the near future. (no contract to sign)
2. You, a friend, or family member buy at anytime with me as the buyer agent and no other agent is involved (excluding list agent)
3. The buyer will receive a check after closing equal to 50% of my commission in the sale.
